Sysco Portland Inc

I was given the opportunity to work for this company as an MA which is an outside sales rep and was put through 7 weeks of training which was a great experience. However, I was lied to and was misled throughout my training experience, which is the only thing that disgusted me about SYSCO. They talk highly about themselves and poorly about their competitors. I completed my entire 7 week training with a 83% (you must receive a final score of 80% to pass). I have no food background and was given a certificate of completion as they call it and was let go the following Monday. I believe certain people within the company felt threatened by my previous sales background which ultimately led to letting me go.
