I just want to acknowledge the amazing Sales Associate Andrew Duarte here at the Verizon store in Lincoln City Oregon. Andrew holds a class from 9:00 to 10:00 AM Sunday mornings to help folks navigate using their new phones. Andrew is very knowledgeable and patient with all of us folks over 50 trying to play catch up to all the new cell phone applications. My husband and I originally purchased iPhone 7s from this store last spring and I have come to many Sunday classes over the the many months. Today there were five of us at the class and Andrew patiently answered all of our questions leaving us with a great since of relief and thankfulness.
Just want to say in a world where customer service seems to be ever increasingly non existent it is very refreshing to find a Sales Associate like Andrew who truly cares for his customers needs.
