My climbing partner and friend were on are way from Portland to Smith Rock and stopped thru Sisters to check out the town. We were in search of some new socks. Sharri at Hike-N-Peaks helped us both out and found the fit we need for our 10 degree weather to come. Great socks- the brand is called Fits. Much better fitting sock for cold hiking then the Smart wool mountaineering sock (grey/red one). We will see how they do soon for mountaineering in the Cascades.
