As a representative of a local restoration company it is crucial to choose reputable partners. When doing so I interview their customers and their staff. After going through this process I have no reservation referring Dr Roof of Seaside to my customers. John Lawrence

I've paid Dr Roof over $4000 for a deposit for a new metal roof. It's been over 2 months, they took my payment but still have not put me on their schedule and given me a date for the work to be done. Every time I call them, they don't return my calls. They also don't return my insurance company's calls. Terrible customer service and now I guess I will have to file a better business bureau claim to get my money back. And I will have to hope that my roof lasts another coastal winter in the meantime. I should have given my business to another company and perhaps I'd have a roof already.

Dr. Roof went above and beyond to help us out! We were out of town-two states away-when I contacted them, needing a roof inspection and possible repair. They were on site within the hour! That day I had a full report with photos, an estimate, and a time set for a crew to arrive the following day to begin work. They even found an area of rot on the house that we didn't know existed! The workmanship is beautiful. The rotted area was repaired and blended as if it had never been damaged, and the roof looks amazing!!! It cost us much less than we'd thought and the quality of work and attention we received-while not even having to have been there-was more than comforting. Dr. Roof is clearly a family company. Who else would you call while out of town for emergency help to fix your house, but family. Thank you Dr. Roof!
