Called many times before I was able to talk with someone. Although they have voicemail they never returned my calls. Once I had finally talked to someone I set up a date for them to come to my house to see what I wanted done and give an estimate. They never kept the appointment nor did they call to say they wouldn't be there. I have called three times since and only got their voicemail, again no one has called me back.
Obviously unreliable and certainly no customer service or care of potential customers.
