El Ranchero Meat Market and Mexican Food (Carniceria)

Wish I could give zero stars. First time I came here was good, second time was HORRIBLE. I am shocked and disgusted with the service we received. Highly discriminated against. Mexican family that came in after us was seated before us. Never received chips and salsa. 10 minutes to order, literally 30 for our food which I'm almost 100% sure they completely forgot about, because when we got it it was very obviously rushed. My beans were straight out of the can and not even mashed!!!!! You could taste and see the runny liquid they are stored in. Not refried. No cheese on top. Tiniest amount of chicken possible. Rice was skimpy. Another 20 minutes for a check and my boyfriend had to remind them TWICE for a box. I ended up walking out without the rest of the food, wasn't even worth packaging up anyway. Never never never again.
