Domino's Pizza

Now, this is going to be an odd way to start a 5-Star review, but let me first say... My order was made incorrectly. Weird, right? Here's the thing, though. Mistakes happen, it's how they're handled that really shows you something. So my pizza wasn't correct, it's not the end of the world. Still, it's not what I ordered, right? So I call the shop and speak with Amanda. She is very polite and immediately puts the corrected order through, without any prompting on my part. Even offers a free cookie/brownie for Our Trouble; which my wife loves. It's really not as if we're troubled or deserving of special treatment, but that was how far she went just to make sure we were satisfied. I don't call in expecting free things. I hate calling in at all, to be honest. But when you do have to call in and have something corrected, it is so pleasant to talk to someone that isn't being condescending or questioning. This was a fantastic interaction. In the end, our Pizza was delicious. The cookie/brownie was delicious. The customer service was delicious... I mean fantastic. That's why they deserved 5-Stars.
