Great customer service, but my cappuccino didn't really taste like a good cappuccino should, that being said, I tried some of my sister's hazelnut latte and it tasted pretty good. All in all Its a nice place to sit and read, or get some work done. While drinking coffee, of course.

Great location, with the #4 bus line having stops next to it. Good view of the street. Staff are ok, but not a place where everyone gets to know your name and vice versa. No boardgames. Chairs are benches or hard surfaced. No live music. It feels more like an upscale Starbucks TBH. Coffee is bitter, I'd recommend coffee from pretty much anywhere else. Closest best option is Cafe Moreno which is a 2-3 blocks west. It has better outdoor seating, neighborhood feeling, Uber friendly staff, live music, and better tasting coffee.
