Ruby Jewel Ice Cream

Clearly somehow this place has set themselves on the map in Portland~ However after my visit on Saturday, May 5th at 4pm, spending $15 for 2 dipped sandwiches and an impulse dollar tip...- I would have had no clue walking away my “dipped ice cream sandwich” was in fact a bowl of lame chocolate sauce at least an inch thick at the bottom of the bowl. The ice creams tasted of cleaner. I was there for the classic vanilla bean. Not one sight of bean to be tasted. Truly a horrible experience being I did not want to review them but just send a email like the website says to do. Too bad they didn’t respond.. instead more time to post on instagram. Thanks for taking almost $20 of which I rarely would choose to spend, but I thought Ruby Jewel was special. Man I haven’t even started with how hard those fresh cookies were. Better off trying their grocery store kinda, more quality. Maybe make your own~ Would love to post pictures but it won’t allow too bad
