I experienced a long wait with two employees working the counter. One employee had to receive manager approval for something, so if there was a manager on site, they should have been helping out front. Driver's seat was stained and kind of gross looking, but it got me to my destination and back. Dropped off after hours at the downtown location (as directed), no issues experienced with that.
