These guys kick some serious ass!! I am from Kansas city and have learned from an professional how to smoke meat. That's how I started my business. I sold ribs and pulled pork on Mcloughlin blvd for 4 weeks to dealerships out of the back of my car to start my business. Gotta admit that Dope Bbq is better than mine! They know how to do it right!
