David is an honest, no nonsense guy that doesn't charge for unnecessary work. This isn't the closest shop but I've been taking my vehicles to Dave for routine maintenance and more complicated repairs for over a decade. I appreciate that he's honest and straight with me about what the problem is, what needs to be fixed, and also what is less important but worth keeping an eye on for repair later on. It's great to be able to ask a trained mechanic "What would you do if this were your car?" and know he's not going to take advantage of me and replace parts that aren't broken.
