Assisted Living at Summerplace

I have never left a bad review, but I have to share my experience. I have left multiple messages, and they are too difficult to reach. The phone does not go to voice mail and more than one time rang 5 minutes before a person answered it at all. I was promised a call back this morning by the Manager Katie who understands we have a serious time crunch to move our mom. Her call didn't come until this afternoon and I missed it but I immediately phoned back and was put on hold 5 minutes. They were helpful but couldn't find her anywhere. She new my situation was VERY time sensitive and yet she didn't follow through as promised. Further, it was an hour and a half later when I called yet again. They still couldn't find her. Finally she called and I was on the phone with the social worker and I disconnected and I called her back within 10 seconds (according to my phone own log). In that time, she fled the building? (before end of day at 5 p.m. (4:56 p.m.) according to the staff who watched her leave.) Now I cannot get help now until Monday which is too late. I cannot believe their insensitivity and unprofessionalism. I will not recommend them for their poor staffing levels, and for their clear disregard for customer and patient care.
