Temp-A-Cure Heating & Refrigeration

Specifically asked for afternoon arrival as I have to take work off. Technician said nope 9-2 Was time frame. Someone will contact you. Not a peep. I have called and left 4 messages since after I rushed home arriving at 1240....I sure wish they wpuld call appears they do their own thing without regards to the customer. Now I have waited 2 weeks to get furnace fixed and will have to find someone to help now.

Update: it is now 5pm and I have been sitting here waiting since 9am for them to be here. Not a single call from them yet. Lots of unhappy calls to them from me though. Absolutely horrible service. Waited a week for them to come out at their scheduled appointment between 9-2. I called the day of to see if they had a narrow time frame of when they would arrive, the front desk lady said between 9-2 was the best time frame she could give me. So I waited....230 no body has even showed up or called me. So I call them, again, the lady says “sorry I’ve left a voicemail for the technician that’s all I can do” completely careless, doesn’t do ANYTHING for you. No communication within employees or customers. NEVER go through them if you need something fixed. If I could give no stars I would.

We bought our house 2 years ago knowing our AC and Furnace would need to be replaced. We are in the process of replacing our AC unit now. Temp A Cure replaced our furnace after the insurance company wanted to try to fix it several times w/ another company. I finally asked for a different company to look at it and Temp A Cure did the job. They were very quick and efficient. Showed up, replaced the furnace and got us up and running when we needed it. I plan on using Temp A Cure for all our needs. Allen is professional, nice, respectful, up front and takes care the job the right way the first time.
