The Complaint: David O’Hara (a “nice” guy), responded to our call regarding a dishwasher problem on 6/12/16. While here he wrote up a service invoice for $508.28. But, he brought the wrong pump. He said that he would go get the correct pump and return. I gave him a check for $508.28. He never returned. After a month or so, I called and asked what the problem was. It was getting the right pump. But, Dave set an install date and time for the following week. Never showed. Never called. We left messages which he never answered. Finally (three months later) we left a message asking for our money back. It’s now the end of October. We still have not received any communication from Dave O’Hara. He cashed our check on June 17, 2016. And we finally had to buy a new dishwasher.
