Again today, I ordered 2 pizzas and a sandwich while I was at work. By the time I got there to pick it up they had given my order to someone else. I waited 20 more minutes for them to refill my order. How incompetent is That?
I've called in orders to be ready an hour or more later, recently. These were two separate occasions and both orders were called in from my workplace, so I could pick them up on my way home real quick. That was a huge mistake that I Should have learned the first time. On both occasions, I arrived, only to find, not only were my orders not ready, but they hadn't even been started yet. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order, while watching no less that 12 different customers walk in to pick up their orders ahead of me. I was furious, to say the least.
This place is disorganized, messy and run by children. The staff are always running into one another and nobody knows what's going on around the place. They don't keep any money in the tills, so if you need change they have to run around looking for a pouch that only one person is in charge of. This is the most responsible child, I suppose.
From that time on, I will only make my orders 15-20 minutes in advance, for pickup.
