Horrible horrible customer service...all the focus on is getting people through drive thru, if you are in the lobby, good luck being acknowledged or given a cup of coffee..no friendly atmosphere..when I pointed it out that there were 6 baristas working and I hadn't been acknowledged, I got an eye roll and "oh she can help you"
