This is the worst service i have ever experienced in my life. the staff is very friendly but the work that was performed was very poor and when i returned to have it repaired they charged me for additional service that they did not even perform as well as not repairing the first issues. Now my slide is out of adjustment and they will not return any phone calls. i would give them a big fat F for customer service. I do not believe that they have anyone in their service department that know how to fix anything.
