My visit at 20/20 eyecare for the MOST part was very wonderful! There was one person who i feel like did not treat me well and was to be quite honest flat out rude. Dr. Neal was VERY nice! and the visit did not take long at all. The women that helped fit my glasses was very friendly and bubbly and made me feel comfortable. The lady at the front desk (skinny, long blonde hair) did not smile once and the first time my mother and I went in she was filling in for the lady who normaly helps people pick out glasses. She rushed my mother and I, and when talking about options for our glasses she did not even ask if i wanted the glare protection. the second time we went in to pick up our glasses, as we were leaving the same lady asked why i was not wearing my glasses. before i could respond my mom said "oh her glasses are for long distance only". the lady replied, in a rude tone "then WHY arn't you wearing them!" i feel that someone who is supossed to greet people when they enter and leave the building should make you feel welcome and comfortable, she DID NOT!!! and i hope that the next time i come in and if she is working she will at least have a welcoming smile on her face!! :)
