When you've been looking around, then sitting waiting, for 30 minutes and a salesman from the back introduces himself and opens with "Are you guys tired of being ignored yet?" Well, I gather you know you're not going to get great service. However, Brandon did provide good service, but you could tell his teammates were a bunch of crony former used car salesman types. That's not a compliment by the way. Hope he's on commission as I know I spent the most money of anyone in the store at the time of my visit being I dropped over $1100 on a new tub and fixture in 10-15 minutes, once I got service. And then they don't communicate with you that your delivery will not arrive in the morning as scheduled, or rather, not even the same day. And I had to make the phone call to find that out, not the other way around. That's just another sign of lousy customer service. They only get three stars because they do carry quality products, otherwise this would be a 1.5-2 at best. George Morlan, the VA of customer service. They just failed on a faucet order also and didn't get it delivered because someone dropped the ball. Again, the only reason I use this outfit is that they carry high quality products, their service is lousy. I wonder how they stay in business operating this way.
Jeff has been helpful to me and my family for decades! Could not recommend them more!! Nothing but the best pricing and service. Cannot believe the whiners and the low star reviews, ignore them and see for yourself what a great place!
