In an emergency water-leak situation Cliff of Western responded today at 8am. He quickly laid out a plan, carried it out and was done before noon. The repair is clean and neat, using materials and techniques that are a major improvement in our complex, interwoven piping. Cliff communicated easily and freely; he's a nice guy.
