I rented from Pioneer Management for over 7 years. The home that I rented was clean when I rented and I returned it clean. During the time I rented from Pioneer Management, I had a few maintenance items that came up and they were quick to assign a repair person. That said the house was in good shape to begin with, so I really didn't have all that many things come up. The seem to hire good people to work there because I had a couple of different maintenance contacts and each person, Marilyn, Sharon both took care of anything that came up. When I moved out, I had a little bit of cleaning that I just really didn't feel like doing, so they hired a company to finish the things that I didn't feel like doing on move out. That said, I received most of my deposit back. So I felt it was all fair.
