Jim and Donna are just lovely. They are both so knowledgeable and easy going. I had sooo many questions and they took the time to answer all of them with such patience and insight. My husband and I never felt pressured to buy, but are so glad we did. We love our Savvy Rest mattress. I went in person to the store in Eugene- they have high quality furnishings and bedding, as well as fun art. Found a great futon frame, but needed it shipped. I received excellent email communication regarding delivery time and receiving instructions for both the frame and futon. All arrived as promised, in great shape. I highly recommend this store!
