Cabinets arrived 2 days late and were not complete... a couple of drawer faces were damaged and the delivery was missing scribe molding, crown molding and the corbels for our island. Those items arrived 2 days after that... however our installers couldn't wait any longer and left the day before... now we are being charged for them to return and install the remaining pieces. Next, when the owner/operator Tim Baker, delivered the remaining items he demanded payment, claimed he had held up his end of the agreement (even though items were received 5 days after their due date, causing us to incur additional installation charges) and wanted to know why we, the customers, only called to complain about things and not to praise his craftsmanship. When he was told he did not hold up his end of the agreement and that his invoice had been submitted for payment, he became hostile and abusive and left my residence at a high rate of speed. We would not recommend this business to any person looking for cabinets or furniture.
