I had warranty work done as well as oil change. I was completely satisfied with the work performed. The customer service at the desk was prompt and straight forward. They let me know that a loner car was due back around 10 so my friend and I walked to her friend's apartment down the street and when I phoned at 10:15 was told the car was ready. At 1:15 Kim (?) called before her break to let me know my car was ready and the paper work would be done in about 20 minutes. It was 3:00 before the paper work was finished. This is why I only give 4 stars.
