This branch is horrible. I went in and submit the change of address form on the safety deposit box. They did not change the address and did not call when the fee was Past Due. Instead of calling and let me know, they chose to opened the box and throw away my sister stuff. Talked to Manager, not helpful at all. Terrible branch, no wonder it has so much turn-over at this location.
