Thomas Joseph Personalized Dry Cleaning

I have been a happy customer of Thomas Joseph's for 30 years and have only great things to say about them. Whether it's a simple shirt to be cleaned and pressed or one of my wife's delicate designer clothes, Thomas has always provided superior quality. We have also had alterations done there and it's also always top notch. You can tell customer service is a priority because our clothes are always delivered on time and always with a smile from his personable staff. I also appreciate that Thomas is so involved with his community. If I could give them ten stars, I would!

I just had worst experience going in there yesterday to have slacks clean and repair. Lady working was rude and very disrespectful, when asked why receipt didn't have price she quoted me on it had answer was "because I'm not stupid". I called and spoke to Thomas and he was great and said he would get to bottom of issue, this afternoon I received call that price had gone from 20.00 to 29.95 and again stated that this is why asked why my receipt didn't have price because felt that something like this would occur. Instead of apologizing Thomas told me go to hell and hung up phone after told him I didn't want any work done and that would be placing a review for bad experience I had with his store.
