Stronger Clackamas

You know that gym you joined before, the one that roped you into a 3 year contract? The one where you scanned a card and occasionally someone looked up to say hello? The gym where you tried some classes but felt out of step? The one where a bunch of muscle heads hung out and drank out of their giant jugs and grunted? The gym that you stopped going to because you got tired of walking on a treadmill watching the news and your weight continue to go up? Well, this is NOT that gym. This is a gym where they don't just know your name, they know YOU! It's a welcoming place where you're encouraged to work hard and believe in yourself. It's a place where when you do feel out of step someone there helps get you moving in a positive direction. This is a gym where you will always leave feeling like you got an exceptional workout. This is a gym where you leave feeling better than you did when you came in. This is more than a gym to me, this is a place where I find fellowship and fun and the strength to push myself to be stronger than I ever thought possible. I've been to all those other gyms and I've struggled with my weight and with workouts. I still struggle and I still have work to do but now that I've found Stronger Clackamas I've found something so much greater than a gym! Now I know I can DO MORE and BE MORE...Thanks Stronger Clackamas!
