I have never been to this salon but I like to try to give my business to locals. This was a gift for my daughter. She was so excited...until she got there. She had driven quite a ways and when she got there she was told they were so sorry, didn't anyone call you? She said no. They said because the person she had an appointment with called in sick. My daughter asked if she would be getting a discount for the inconvenience when she rescheduled and they said sorry, no. I'm not using quotes because I don't know exactly what was said. Nevertheless, this is poor business practice and we will never go back or recommend to anyone. We would rather give our business to another business who really cares. Needless to say, she was VERY disappointed and because it was spring break & Easter time, she could not get an appointment for her time frame. I almost never write a bad review but this was ridiculous.
