Salon Verve

Sari is amazing. She listens and will make you feel beautiful on the inside as well as the outside. A pure gem of a person! I love my hair color and style.

The gals in the salon were very nice, but just didn't get it right! I had my hair colored and since going lighter, specified I wanted ash tones and no brassy or orange. I even brought in a clear picture for specification. The first run wasn't at all what I wanted and my hair had definate orange tones. I went back in for a redo and still left with obvious brassy tones and no "ash" at all. Unfortunately, probably due to inexperience (both for me and the salonist), I ended up paying full price for the "redo". Overall, I was very dissapointed, paid alot of money and now have damaged hair that won't dye back to my original color because it just washes right out. : (
