The woman who answers the phone sounded dis-interested, monotone, and rude. Should have been my first sign, right?? They looked at my car and didn't tell me the diagnosis, crazy?!, they said they would call me with it?? What, who does that? REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Then they texted me the cost to repair without explaining the issue.
If you don't fit their one trick pony service, they aren't interested. As another reviewer said they obviously pick and choose their jobs. Felt like I needed to take a shower after dealing with them. Yuck!
