Very frustrated with lost appointment and treatment. I have not been back. If you go here verify your appointment multiple times. They came highly recommended but I had a horrible experience in spring of 2015.
I called and scheduled several weeks ahead. Spoke with the owner and the stylist about getting a cut and ombre highlights for my hair, the stylist called me to go over details. I had a very restrictive schedule at the time because I had an infant. I was getting my hair cut so I would be ready to go back to work, and I had a very specific and limited window of time that I could be gone that day. When I showed up to my appointment they didn't have me on the schedule despite me calling to confirm a few days before. The stylist I was supposed to have was very rude when I got there and acted like it was my fault that they had lost my appointment. She called the owner in front of me and said within my hearing..."what am I supposed to do with her?".
I was not impressed with their lack of professionalism or ability to schedule and left because they didn't offer to reschedule me or even apologize for their mistake. I will not go back.
