Maybe they don't put much staff on early in the evening, or maybe people called out sick... But 2 bartenders 6:30 on Saturday was not good. They're in charge of taking all food and drink orders, there were at least 25 people waiting at the bar to order. They have an outdoor bar as well, but this wasn't up and running yet. It was a 20 minute wait to order drinks. The bartender we ordered from was super nice, and was working his ass off!
