very unprofessional. Banking information is made too public. banking should be a private exchange. When you're greeted at the drive up window or inside they ask you what you're here to do, so you have to either rudely ignore them or announce it for everyone else to hear. Then after you make a deposit they announce to you how much of your deposit is available currently and how much will be available at a later date, even though it is clearly stated on your receipt, and again making your personal, private information publicly announced. They also ask if you'd like them to write down your new balance, which is overbearing and too much snooping into personal information, in my opinion, even as my bank teller. If we want to know how much is available now vs. later or what our current account balances are we will ask, you dont need to offer. We just would like a "hello" wait for us to hand you our deposits or whatever it is we came to do, have it completed, and then a "have a nice day." I get they're trying to be friendly but it's too unprofessional and not keeping information private.
Also I've had where they try to hold a conversation with you while counting your money, do you know how hard it is to accurately count while holding a conversation? nearly impossible. With banking, less talking is more.
