I went in to pick up prescriptions they said were filled three hours prior. Upon arrival, one prescription was not available because staff said insurance didn't cover three months even though script was correct and insurance themselves said three months was covered, my insulin needed and covered was changed within three hours and not covered any longer as well as my wife's prenatal vitamins. When asked, staff becomes defensive and calls manager who says nothing but that I might have mental issues because they can't get a prescription filled right. If I did have mental issues I wouldn't go here for my medication because they wouldn't be able to get that right either. And, unsurprisingly, this is not the first time this type of behavior happens here. Unreliable and unprofessional.
Why does this stores hours not reflect correctly? It does not open the pharmacy until 9 each day and they close for lunches also. The closing for lunch is not reflected in the message when you call there either.
