Can't necessarily blame most of the people that work here, but this is one of the worst clinics I've ever been to. I am a disabled vet and worked Voc rehab at the VA for 5 years. Call at any given time to ask the front desk anything, and you will wait at least an hour. Usually when I call there are 15 -25 people on hold. I was set up to see this Dr, took 6 weeks before my first appt, then I schedule the next one, 7 weeks out. Then they cancel that appt and push it back another week. No phone call letting me know that either. Sent me a letter saying my appt was cancelled, 3 days later I get another letter saying the cancelled appt was rescheduled for a week later. I spoke about seeing this Dr 2 times a month, now we are almost 4 months in and ive only had an intake appt. I tend to give the employees a bit of a break because the VA system is garbage. I have 0 faith in this clinic
