I really liked the setup here in the pow wow grounds. The center attraction is the circular pavilion built with a roof over the top made of tent cloth. The cloth came un-tied and was immediately addressed by the staff. We had a great time watching the native dance and native music.
The pavilion is made of solid wood and large supports that looked like it would withstand a major earthquake. There wasn't much of a food and drink selection but it was great tasting what they did have. The natives seemed a bit distant it seemed. But I guess like anyone else, you need to get to know them.
I'd go there again though. The dance and music is soothing.
