U.S. Bank Branch

Our son passed away in September of 2017. We are trying to get his affairs in order. So the branch manager starts shaking her head and laughing at us. Then tells us to leave. I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy.

I wanted to make international money transfer, but unfortunately only one person in the branch was able to do international transfers and he was on lunch.... really??? Is this a bank or what? This is so absurd. I am closing my accounts!
