Trademark Transmissions & Auto Repair

Taking your vehicle to a mechanic you don't know is always a bit scary because there are too many shops that don't do great work, or they try to high pressure into buying parts and services you do not need. I read some reviews about Trademark Transmissions before I went over there to talk to them the first time; and was cautiously optimistic. I first spoke with Kenny, the shop manager; and he knows his stuff and is not high pressure at all. Plus, he is the kind of guy that will do things he could charge you for, but doesn't. It creates good will in my opinion; which, to me goes a long ways when considering whether to do repeat business with a company. The service has always been great. No complaints at all. I didn't get a chance to meet the owner, Troy, until probably the 4th time I went there for service; and that was when I went it to get lube and oil changes for two vehicles. A lot of shop owners would not want their staff to do anything extra for free, when they could easily charge for it. But, Troy trusts Kenny's judgement and gives him the leeway to do what he thinks is the right thing to do; and this is why I continue to go back to Trademark Transmissions; because, they go the extra mile and there is no high pressure ... and the work they do is great.
