I can't even give this company a single star. Kimberly just yelled at my client, a buyer for calling her to get pricing. Kimberley told my client that here calling was a huge inconvenience and she didn't have time to repeat herself. Note: as a Realtor I had called to check pricing for a well flow and pump test and Kimberly was to send an email that never arrived...we were waiting to schedule the service after we had pricing - what a strange and unprofessional experience! I would avoid this company as they certainly lack any customer service skills and zero professionalism and the bit of pricing that we got over the phone was outrageous. Anytime a company is unwilling to give you a written quote on pricing it is a red flag. Big red flag here.
