The staff in the back room is great! They are very kind, helpful, and do a great job sterilizing the chairs and equipment. However, the bald man with the glasses at the front desk is exceptionally rude every time I go in. He makes a point to say snarky remarks to people and has given one of my friends a very hard time about proof of address and made her wait an hour after her appointment time to check in. He acts as though nothing else matters except what he has on his task list- poor employee performance is what I’ve noticed from him and should be addressed by management or someone higher up.

I am a new patient and to verify my address I pulled up a bank statement on my phone. I brought in 3 pieces of mail but they did not meet their requirements. (Understandable, my mistake) but they lady took my phone with my bank statement and bank information out of the room without telling me she was going to. When she came back, with a second lady, I said I wasn’t comfortable with her leaving with it and she said I’m not going to show anyone and walked away for another 3-5 minutes. That made me really uncomfortable. I even said that is all my bank information. I don’t know either of them and when I said I wasn’t comfortable she ignored my request. To make service better I would have appreciated someone asking me hey I need to get approval, can I take this to ______? Or have them come up or allow me to go with. Either way when you have someone’s sensitive information you should receive consent before walking away, or minimum let them know what you are doing.
