Obvious from the start that the employees love what they do and love coffee. So much so that they will sacrifice quantity for quality. Hence a longer than normal wait. They forgot to put a new batch of coffee and I had to wait after we asked and they realized what they did. But they reimbursed and had clear emphasis on customer service. Good coffee. Ended up giving the money back as tip for the good service.
