Food is fresher then other fast food options. Unlike the fast food stereotype, they rarely screw up orders - even picky orders. My only complaint is that it hardly qualifies as fast food. I've waited at the drive thru menu for someone to take my order for 10 minutes with only one person in front of me and an empty parking lot. This has happened a few times. It's like they can only handle one order at a time. I'm assuming it's because of all the new faces over the past year as it wasn't always this way and it's spuratic so likely only a certain combo of staff.
