When I bought my new iPhone this past weekend I was told that they had a promotion for DirectTV Now that was a free trial and that I wouldn’t have to cancel. In fact, I would have to call them or renew online if I wanted to keep it. My credit card now shows a $10 charge and when I checked the DirectTV now site apparently it would have charged me another $35/mo automatically. So I feel lied to. At best they are misinformed and need to know what they’re signing their customers up for, at worst this could be a legit sales tactic of theirs. I am never going to use that service, I would have told them “hell no” if I knew it was going to charge me anything. I don’t trust this location to give me honest advice now.
Team was very welcoming and wonderful. Dawson did a great job at explaining everything to me as I switched carriers to AT&T. Highly recommend this location.
The store manager and staff needs customer service training! I brought back my new IPhone 8 because the battery was failing . She said that it’s not the phone it has to many apps running? That’s not the case, so I asked to look at Samsung options. She said “honey, that’s not going to make you happy”. I asked her not to call me honey, it is disrespectful. She said she is from the South, so it’s not disrespectful. I asked for her managers name, she would not give it to me, and asked me to leave the store. I highly recommend you do not shop at this store!
