I went to upgrade to a Galaxy 8 plus, got the device home to find out if was defective (the wifi would turn on and off by the second and the representative who was setting up the phone didn't tell me anything), went to a corporate store only to find out I couldn't do a return of ANY KIND (phone, case, screen protector) unless I went back to this store as it's an authorized retailer. When I went back to this store to return my phone and accessories I was told there would be a 45 dollar restocking fee for their defective device, which to their credit they waived and returned the case, but don't have enough stock to exchange the nonrefundable 50 dollar screen protector (I mean paper weight) I bought.
If you do go here, make sure yourself that the device works before you buy any accessories cause either they won't tell you or they won't notice if it isn't working. Also DO NOT go here if you're traveling as any return you might want to make has to be done here.
