Jenny was rude and acting like she is doing me a favor setting up my account. After spending 2 hours in store, phone was not ported out, had to go to different location to fix it. When asked Jenny to link 2 gophone accounts for a discount, she said i can call att myself and that her system is down.
My experience here was fine, I came in to get a replacement tire hone for my gf because the latest Apple update bricked her phone and she needs it to run a business. Anyhow, I come here, there’s only 1 person working so I had to wait a bit, not a big deal. I buy the phone, and I am told I can activate it home when my girlfriend gets back, all I have to do is dial 611. Well, that wasn’t the case, and i just spent 3 hours on the phone with AT&T customer service trying to get it activated. I was lied to here.
