AT&T

Terrible experience! Friendly and "helpful" but mislead me on plan costs when adding someone to my plan... It will now cost me $80 a month more than they stated. Called customer service, and "they hate when that happens" and were really sorry they mislead me but they couldn't fix it. I've been with AT&T for a for 20 years. As soon as I pay off this phone, I will be a former customer. Do not go to this store... They'll tell you anything to make a sale!
