SUBWAY®Restaurants

I do love Subway and the concept but, I don't love the corporate side of any business. When a business becomes a corporation in my opinion things get lost like: employee dignity and loyalty. This causes a high turnover rate which results in product inconsistency and overall damage to a business. Also the politics of employees begins to increase. Staffing appropriately is also an issue. I have noticed that at certain times there seems to be one person doing it all which puts added unnecessary stress on an individual and appears as not having an m.o.d. present.

I love subway in bandon Oregon. I live 30 miles away an I still drive up for a sandwich along with the wonderful staff!!
