I bought 2 Quilt Show t-shirts on the Stitching’ Post on-line store for myself and a friend in June 2017. My friend had already purchased t-shirts for us, so I went to the shop in person to cancel the order. The shirts hadn’t been shipped, but I was told they weren’t able to cancel the order and refund my Visa at the cash register, they would have to take my info and give it to the shipping department (upstairs) I was concerned they would ship anyway and I would still be stuck with shipping charges, and then have to pay shipping again to return them. I was assured this wouldn’t happen. Guess what, I received the shirts in the mail and had to pay to return them. (!!!) I sent them back including my order # etc etc, and even called them to see if the info I provided was enough to ensure my refund, and was told yes, it was. USPS delivered the shirts to them Sept 11. I called Oct 10 since my Visa had still not been credited. Talked to the shipping dept and was told that I was on “on her list to call” because she need my Visa # again. I provided that and she said she would send through the credit that day, or the next. Today is Oct 13 and I have not yet been credited. The store is fun, but I will never buy anything from them on-line again.
This quilt shop is my favorite in all of Central Oregon! They have a huge variety of fabric, so I always find what I'm looking for. Amazing selection of notions, patterns and yarn as well. The quilts hanging on the wall are works of art. I could live here!
