I'm always nervous trying a new hair stylist, but I had a great feeling about Fern from the start. She was responsive and extremely accommodating. Once I arrived, she made me feel so at ease. The salon was very clean and comfortable. Fern understood exactly what I wanted with little detail, did the job way faster than expected, found a product that was perfect for me and I left with the best haircut I've ever had!
